I did another split charter for grouper yesterday aboard the Fishy Business. We were 3 members of the Quarry Fishing Club and two other friends. It was a gorgeous day, but the fish were picky. The Quarry anglers totaled 7 keeepers bailing out the day as the tide finally slowed down. Below is myself with the big fish of the day. I can't stress how much fun these trips are. They are a tough fighting fish and for me the best-tasting fish in the sea.

None that I know of. I’ll be headed north next week. There are a few guys that I know have interest. You might want to Post it here to see if you can put one together.

I’d try for June when the red snapper season opens. That way you can do both.

Something else to also consider. This may be a bit too long of a trip but we were out on the boat the other day coming back from Keewaydin Island. Got back to Rose Marina & The American Patriot boat was unloading. They do multi-day trips to the Dry Tortugas & Pulley Ridge. I believe they are currently $1,000-$1,500 per person, based on the length of the trip and it includes all meals & bait. You had to see the fish they were cleaning. They basically limited out on every species they were fishing for, for each person. HUGE fish & a lot of them. Not sure if a 3-4 night trip is too much to consider. I am not even sure I can handle that long on a boat with a bunch of MEN. LOL. https://americanpatriotfishing.com/
