I won't be long now before I'm back down in paradise!
With the snook being over the slot limit according to Fl regs, the question arises did Dave have the right to kill it? We have a strict catch and release policy, but would a snook be considered an invasive species that would be the apex predator? Look at it; the thing is green from all the bass it's been eating.
Does anyone know the regs regarding how we deal with invasive species and who makes that decision?
